SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Policy

​

  • You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched which will contain tracking information. You can also keep an eye out on your delivery or contact our Customer Care Team (akousacreations@gmail.com) to help track your order.

​

  • We ship worldwide. Merchandise will be sent within 24-48 hours of payment and will take 5-7 business days for standard delivery anywhere outside the UAE. For standard delivery within the UAE shipment will take 3-5 days. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US Holidays.

  • Please note that Akousa Creations  is not responsible for any potential delay after item has been sent as it is provided by the carrier and may vary with package origin and destination. The selection of shipping options are available to you upon checkout.

  • Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.

United Arab Emirates (UAE):

  • Next day delivery: (24 hours) – $5 (Al Ain Only)

  • Standard Shipping: (4-6 days) with a flat rate charge of 36 AED

  • Express Shipping: (2-3 business days) with a flat rate of 55 AED

*Free international shipping when you spend over 1000DHS ($272)

GCC Countries - Gulf Areas:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 working days – $15

  • Express Shipping: 3-5 working days – $20

United States of America & Canada:

  • Standard Shipping: 5 - 8 days: $10

  • Express shipping: 3-5 days - $15

United Kingdom (UK):

  • Standard Shipping: 5-8 days: $10

  • Express shipping: 3-5 days - $15

Europe:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-8 days: $30

  • Express Shipping: 3-5 days: $35

All other countries:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 Days - $40

*Once your order is packed and leaves our studio, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

*All custom fees, taxes and any other additional costs associated with your purchase overseas are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for more information. Thank you for your understanding.

Change or Cancel Order

​

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly. Once we've processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

RETURNS INFORMATION

Returns Information

​

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for an exchange (UAE customers only) refund. This includes sale items.

  • Items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.

  • We process all UAE and International returns within 5-7 business days of receiving your items. We will send you an email with the details of your processed return.

  • Please email akousacreations@gmail.com if you believe your product is damaged or faulty. We will treat this with the highest of priority.

  • If you have paid original postage to receive your order and a return is made then this is non-refundable.

  • Customers shopping from outside of UAE are required to pay for their return shipping costs.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges

  • Free exchanges means you will receive free shipping to return your parcel back to us if you choose an exchange.

  • Exchanges available for UAE based customers only.

  • If you choose an exchange your return shipping will be free!

  • We cannot guarantee that we will have the requested size in stock to exchange. We cannot set items aside for exchanges.

  • Any exchanges requested that we do not have in stock will automatically be issued as a refund. 

  • One of a kind items are not available for exchange.

  • We can only offer an exchange of size. If you wish to exchange for a different item, you can return for a refund and place a new order right away for the items you wish to receive.

REFUNDS

Refunds

  • Refunds within 30 days are offered on all orders. 

  • Depending on your payment method the funds may take 2-3 business days to clear back into your account.

  • All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used to place the order. If you have used a combination of web credit and card/PayPal/ then your web credit will be re-issued and your payment refunded.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International Returns

  • To begin the return process, please submit your Akousa Creations order return

  • Taxes, VAT and shipping cost are not refunded on international returns.

  • We process all International returns within 5-7 business days of receiving your items.

  • We will send you an email with the details of your processed return.
